PROJECTS - TO BE UPDATED

The vacant parcel of land in question is located toward the most upper North West corner of the BCW grounds, to which is predominately flanked on the North and West boundaries by the principle stone boundary wall. Whilst the West boundary wall is clearly visible, small trees and hedgerows are situated directly adjacent to the North boundary wall as indicated in the adjacent image.
The two student accommodation blocks are situated to the South of the vacant parcel/site, and the place of worship (and two existing incorporated structures) are located to the West of the parcel/site. An existing private access road (which provides access to a private residential dwelling - access courtesy of BCW) provides the only access to a gated entrance which subsequently leads to the rear car parking area that will be associated with this particular proposal.
The topography of site is relatively level, although the ground does seem to slope gently down toward the North East corner. There are existing dwellings visible from the site, to which we will need to be aware of in the context of this proposed scheme.
